How do Nord-Lock washers prevent bolt loosening in heavy machinery?

Coretech Industrial Solutions distributes Nord-Lock wedge-locking washers, which use tension instead of friction to secure bolted joints. Even under severe vibrations or dynamic loads, the wedge cams lock the fastener in place, preventing unexpected loosening and structural failures.

Can you explain how the Expander System eliminates pivot pin wear?

Lug wear is a recurring problem in machinery that traditionally demands time-consuming line boring. The Expander System pivot pins expand directly into the worn ears of the pivot lug, locking the system securely into place, repairing the wear immediately, and preventing future damage.

Our shop floor has severe space limitations. Do you have a solution where standard nut-style multi-jackbolts won't fit?

Yes. In addition to standard Nut-Style tensioners that replace hex nuts, Superbolt bolt-style tensioners are available. They incorporate multi-jackbolt technology directly into a bolt, requiring less head diameter. This reduces the overall number of parts and allows them to fit perfectly into tight countersinks or space restrictions.

How does the Multi-Jackbolt Tensioner (MJT) design prevent uneven loading and joint leakages?

Standard torquing methods introduce massive friction and twisting (torsional) stress. Superbolt jackbolts have a small friction diameter and create high thrust force with low torque input. They transfer the preload evenly into the main thread in pure tension. This exceptional accuracy ensures even tension across the entire joint, reducing the tendency for leakages or uneven loading of adjacent fasteners.

We usually require heavy hydraulic pumps and large torque wrenches for high-preload joints. What tooling does Superbolt require?

One of the main advantages of Superbolt tensioners is that only standard hand tools or pneumatic wrenches are required. Because the massive target preload is split among multiple small jackbolts surrounding the main thread, field technicians can generate immense bolt stresses using basic hand tools.

Conventional red oxide primers are highly economical. Why should we invest in a premium solution like BGM MetPrime?

While the initial cost of conventional primers is low, their protection is short-lived, leading to recurring labor and shutdown costs. BGM MetPrime and Nano Coat protect asset life for twice the duration of conventional red oxide or solvent-based topcoats. Furthermore, its water-based formulation offers excellent coverage that is almost double that of solvent alternatives, providing a significantly lower “total cost-in-use”.

Do we need specialized labor or expensive machinery to apply products like Jalseal or Bio Guard Metal?

Not at all. Coretech’s entire nano-coating range is highly user-friendly. Products like Jalseal, FluroGuard, and Bio Guard Metal can be applied easily using a standard brush, roller, or spray gun. No extensive surface scrubbing, blasting, or complex machinery is required for application.

Most commercial paints fail quickly due to severe weather and monsoon moisture. How does the Rangbhar range handle this?

Standard decorative paints only provide a superficial surface cover. Rangbhar Interior & Exterior Paints feature a 30% Jalseal property (integrated sealant technology), making them highly waterproof and resistant to peeling or bubbling. They penetrate deep, provide 15% to 20% higher coverage area than standard brands, and are anti-fungal and UV-resistant to keep factory walls looking fresh for years.

Labor costs increase if painters have to wait hours between coats. What are the drying and curing timelines?

The JCC line is engineered for high operational productivity. For instance, FluroGuard is touch-dry in just 20 minutes, allowing a second coat to be applied after a brief 2-hour window. Similarly, the Soil Hardener SH 125 reaches an instant drying state in 15 minutes and hardens loose soil completely within 2 hours.

Dust accumulation significantly drops our solar plant's power yield. How does NanoCoat AD-922 solve this?

In high-dust environments, cleaning panels consumes massive amounts of water and labor. NanoCoat AD-922 is a fast-curing, single-coat nano-elasto coating that prevents dust, cement particles, and algae from adhering to the glass profile. It is VOC-free, safe for glass, and maintains peak solar generation productivity. For heavily soiled panels, we recommend pre-cleaning with GreenSolute SP-921.

Can your coatings assist in reducing the high air conditioning and energy bills of industrial sheds?

Yes. Both the JCC Heat Guard coating and Polyurethane Reinforced JUR 2507 act as thermal barriers. Applying 2 to 3 coats of these nano-coatings reduces ambient indoor temperatures by 4°C to 6°C, cooling the rooms down naturally and driving massive electricity savings on factory cooling systems.

Our company has strict ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) targets. Are these coatings hazardous to workers?

No. Coretech’s JCC portfolio is explicitly designed to replace hazardous, toxic solvent-based chemicals. Products like Bio Guard Metal, Jalseal, and Phantome are completely biodegradable, non-toxic, skin-friendly, and VOC-free (Zero VOC). They have zero air pollution potential and have been certified safe and non-toxic to aquatic life through global testing agencies like Intertek.

Confirm whether Bio guard - Metal is better option for critical areas? If so, please furnish supporting documents ?

Yes, Bio-guard is the better option for crucial Area because it protects and converts international labs certifying our product are green/biodegradable ones. We suggest, instead of certificates kindly experience our product.

The product is water based. Will it wash away due to rain or strong wind?

No, not at all. After curing, it forms an insulation, water-impermeable layer.

How much area can be covered with a Kg of Bio Guard Metal or Bio Guard Wood?

One Kg of Bio Guard can be used to coat approximately 120 sq. ft. area under normal conditions.

I have a custom requirement for our engineering challenge. None of the nano coatings suit my application. How can Coretech supply to this need?
